Eligibility of this programs as below:
- Whether the individual is with skills, education, and working experience background to contribute to the economy of a province or territory.
- Whether the individual is willing to settle down in that province and wants to become a permanent resident of Canada.
- Each province and territory has its own immigration programs (for groups with different background) and requirements.
